Refund policy

1. Live microgreens and fresh products

Live microgreens in the tray and cut microgreens are goods that deteriorate rapidly. For this reason, they are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal, under Article 17(1)(d) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014.

2. Quality guarantee for fresh products

Please check your order on delivery. If any tray arrives damaged or not in good condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, with photos of the product and the order date.

After review, we will replace the product with your next delivery or refund the corresponding amount, as you prefer. Small variations in size, colour or height are natural in a living product and are not a defect.

3. Right of withdrawal (seeds, kits and non-perishable products)

For distance purchases of seeds, grow kits and other non-perishable products, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, send us a clear statement by email (microgreens1654@gmail.com) or message, or use the withdrawal form. Please state your name, the order date and the products concerned.

The products must be returned within 14 days of your notice, in good condition and, for food products or seeds, with the packaging sealed. The direct costs of return are borne by the customer.

We will refund all payments received, including any standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being notified of the withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent.

4. Legal guarantee

This policy does not affect the consumer's statutory rights, in particular those under Decree-Law No. 84/2021 on lack of conformity of goods.

5. Free tasting set

The free tasting set for restaurants has no cost, so no refund applies. If the set arrives in poor condition, let us know within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
