How long do live microgreens last?

They stay fresh for several days. Keep the tray somewhere with natural light, water the base lightly and cut only what you need.

How big is a tray?

Each tray is 14×10 cm and arrives alive, still growing. The minimum order is 3 trays; 4 trays cost €15.

Do they grow back after cutting?

No. Once cut, microgreens don't regrow. So cut only the amount you'll use and leave the rest in the tray.

What is the white “fuzz” on the roots? Is it mould?

It isn't mould. These are root hairs: very fine filaments the roots grow to absorb water. They're normal and a sign of a healthy plant.
