150 g of mixed microgreens, already cut and ready to use — for when you don't want to pick just one.
In every mix: pea, sunflower, several radish varieties, broccoli and other brassicas, mizuna and amaranth. The exact combination varies a little from week to week, depending on the harvest.
How to use: in salads, bowls, toasts, wraps and soups — add at the end, without cooking.
Unlike our live trays, the Weekly Mix is delivered already cut, in a 150 g pack. Keep it in the fridge. Free weekly delivery across Greater Lisbon.
