Terms and conditions

1. Identification

2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the website and to orders of live microgreens and other Microgreens1654 products placed by private customers and by businesses (restaurants, cafés and shops).

3. Orders

Orders of live microgreens are placed via WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or through the forms on the website. An order is considered accepted when we confirm it by message, stating the products, the total price and the delivery day. The availability of varieties depends on the growing cycle; if a variety is not available, we will propose an alternative or remove it from the order.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros. The business is exempt from VAT under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code, so the prices shown are final prices.

  • Live tray 14×10 cm: €4.00.
  • Set of 4 trays: €15.
  • From 10 trays per week: €3.50 per tray.
  • Baby basil, sorrel and sunflower (cut, 50 g): €4.50; from 10 per week, €4.00 each.

Prices may change at any time; the price confirmed at the time of ordering applies.

5. Payment

We accept MB WAY, bank transfer and cash on delivery. Other payment terms may be agreed for regular business orders. We issue an invoice with the tax number provided by the customer.

6. Deliveries

7. Free tasting set for restaurants

We offer a free tasting set to restaurants, cafés and shops within our delivery area. The set is limited to one per venue, involves no purchase commitment and is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse repeated requests or requests that do not correspond to a real venue.

8. Live product

Microgreens are delivered alive, in the substrate they grew in, except for products sold already cut. Variations in size, colour and density are natural. We recommend keeping the tray in natural light, lightly watering the base, cutting only what you need and washing the microgreens before eating.

9. Returns and complaints

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use an alternative consumer dispute resolution body, listed in the Legal notice, or file a complaint in the Electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações).

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
